Pilates is a series of exercises designed to be done on the Reformer, Mat and other apparatus.
Pilates uses core (abdominal) strength and breathing, incorporating the glutes, hips, and pelvic floor muscles, aka the "Power House”

The Reformer is a Pilates apparatus allowing you to perform gentle low impact exercises using a series of springs as resistance, straps, and props, including a box and jumpboard.

Wear comfy clothing, i.e. t-shirt and leggings. Grip socks are a must and can be purchased in the Studio for $20.

We offer an Introduction to the Reformer, Beginner and Group Reformer classes and Private sessions. All levels of fitness are welcome. Please contact Mel for Private sessions.

Introduction to the Reformer is a 30-minute session.
Beginner classes are 45-minutes.
Group Reformer are 45-minutes.
Private Sessions:

We recommend you attend two Group Reformer classes a week to see the best results.

You can attend Pilates classes as long as you have done Mat or Reformer Pilates before.

lf you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged for the class.
If you are a No Show you will be charged for the class.
Please pay no later than the day of attending your class by eftpos or internet banking.
