Our Classes

Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced Pilates guru, we offer Reformer Pilates classes for everyone.

Our Studio has four Pilates Reformers offering a more intimate vibe, where the instructor can concentrate on giving clients one on one attention, offering modifications for injuries and working with you to achieve your goals.

Heard of Reformer Pilates but not sure what it is? Book into the Introduction to Reformer class to come and have a go on the Reformer. Our Beginner classes are designed specifically with newbies in mind, run at a slower pace so you can build and gain confidence using the Reformer. Our Group Reformer classes are for everyone, and all levels of fitness are welcome. Beginner and Group Reformer class duration is 45 minutes. We recommend attending two classes per week to get the best results.
